Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual sales plans based on company sales and marketing strategies for account management team to achieve sales targets and increase market share
2. Review, evaluate and negotiate on annual customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales and marketing strategies
3. Establish and maintain solid sales relationships with major accounts/customers, and organize visits to current and potential clients
4. Identify decision-makers at the client, understand strategic business challenges and priorities (in areas of category management, distribution channel, and displays), and lead teams in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to an account
5. Coordinate the activities of internal functions with whom the customer has direct contact in order to provide a consistent and cohesive service
6. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop account management team to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines
2. At least 2 years of experience in KA management/ Marketing.
3.At least 2 years of experience in lighting area(illumination industrial)
4.Team management experience is highly preferred
5.Experienced working in a multinational in a matrix structure
6.Excellent business English & Mandarin, both written and verbal
Payment: Basic salary+Bonus+lunch+insurance and housing fund+ other welfare
Time: Workdays, 9am- 6pm, two-day weekend
