Job description:
Responsible for Finance, Accounting and Control activities of Versalis Pacific and Eni Lubricants; Eni group companies based in China and of Versalis Singapore and Versalis India (Mumbai). Total headcount of above commercial office (4 companies + 3 Branches) is around 80/90 people, Turnover around 200MIO USD.

Main activities:

• ensure all the accounting, fiscal and financial functions; ensure the elaboration of the year financial statements and even the quarterly operating results, according to the Eni accounting principles;
• ensure the elaboration of the company plans, budget and forecast; guarantee the relevant information flows to Versalis spa and Eni;
• ensure the company management control; provide managerial reporting, evaluate the business results compared to the budget and the previous year outcomes and support the identification of the most suitable actions when the planned targets has not been achieved;
• contribute, with the relevant functions of Versalis spa, where pertinent, to the economic evaluations of investments and manage the proper monitoring actions;
• ensure the activities related to the commercial credit limits;
• support the relevant functions into the organization and administration of the company control system over corporate reporting; ensure the coordination of the pertinent information flows and the periodical reporting required by the internal control system; ensure the compliance with eni’s standard control system over corporate reporting rules; guarantee the information flows to the relevant functions of Versalis spa and the Eni internal control;
• effectively support the change management and both the internal and external communication throughout the companies;
• ensure the monitoring of actions planned as follow up of the internal audit recommendation, monitoring of the implementation of the planned corrective actions and guarantee the information flows to the relevant functions of Versalis spa and the Eni internal audit.


Knowledge, qualifications and experience

University degree (Master in Business Administration; Finance; Management Engineer);
Minimum 8/9 years working experience in AFC field in international companies/environment, with at least 2 in responsibility position.
Fluent English; Italian and Chinese knowledge would be preferable.
