ABOUT YOUR ROLE职位描述：

• 管理外部供应商的产品质量，解决供应商质量问题，并确保相应质量控制措施的有效实施；

In charge of the supplier’s quality management, solve the quality issue, ensure the action implement in supplier site

• 发现并评估供应商质量方面的潜在风险和问题，督促相应整改的完成，不断改进并提升供应商的产品质量和过程能力。

Dig and evaluate the potential risk and quality issue in supplier site, push them do the corrective action, enhance the quality and capability level continuously

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责:

• 负责原材料的质量管理，由于来料质量缺陷引发的内部以及外部投诉，负责及时反馈给供应商改善并验证措施有效性；

In charge of the supplier’s quality management, internal and external complain which caused by raw material issue, push supplier do the corrective and double confirm the effective of the action
 

• 定期对现有供应商的质量状况进行统计评分，对评分较低的供应商提出限期改善要求及淘汰建议

Score for the suppliers based on the quality performance, require them provide the action and due day for the low score

• 负责制定IQC检验规范和关键管控点及检验计划，并对检验员进行培训指导，每年根据产品质量状况更新检验频

Make up the inspect SOP and critical control pan, give the training for IQC, update the inspect frequency based on the material performance

• 原材料的知识以及原材料的客户投诉整理，给生产线的员工进行培训

Give the training for operators for the raw material knowledge and customer complain

• 负责开展专项质量提升工作, 进口产品的管理

Lead improvement project ，imported product quality management

• 支持部门的其他相关工作，实现部门整体KPI的达成。

Complete the task which assign by manager to meet the KPI together 

• 本科以上学历

Above Bachelor Degree 

• 外语熟练程度要求：具备良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力；

• Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing

• 工作经验要求：三年以上质量管理工作经验，有供应商质量管理尤佳

More than 3 years SQE experience

• 专业及行业知识要求：材料学、高分子化学、化工等相关专业，熟悉PSA压敏胶行业尤佳

Major subject: chemical, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, better with the experience of PSA
