Ensure seamless check in and check out of the guests.

Ensure a high level of guest service.

Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests of the hotel.

Responsible for Reception, Concierge operations, Telephones, Hospitality and Cashier.

Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work.

Ensure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office viz., Lobby, corridors, main staircase and drive away.



Work Experience

Have experience of 2-3 years.

Required to maintain and improve the department’s efficiency through the training and development of the team.

Ensure that the reception team is fully aware of their roles and carry out duties conforming to the Procedure Manual.

Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals.

Ability to accept responsibility; Self confidence, driveand tenacity.

Ability to enhance organizational performance.
