This role will assume the lead and management of the Front Office operations of the two Sebel properties in downtown Auckland while on shift. You mission will to deliver exception experiences to our residence and guests alike. You will lead by being obsessed with delivering a superior guest resident experience. You will contribute to the overall management of the Front Office Operations by supporting the team to develop and continuously improve the departments operations. This role is an opportunity to gain strata experience which is a growing branch of Accor in additional to traditional hotel front office management.



Work Experience
  • Prior experience in a Hotel Front Office Reception or Guest Service Agent role
  • Would consider a talented Supervisor wanting to gain experience in Front Office.
  • Must already hold the right to work in New Zealand, sponsorship will not be available if not currently located in New Zealand/ Australia
  • Must be available to work weekends and evenings
