Summary
EyeBuyDirect.com is seeking a dynamic individual to add to the success of our Data Team as a Senior Data Analyst, reporting to Data Manager. The Data Analyst should have a strong passion to use data meticulously, to analyze ways to improve digital campaign efficiency or channel performance. The candidate also will be required to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Responsibilities
• You will participate actively in all aspects of designing, researching, building and delivering data-focus products for business end users from digital marketing team, user experience team, customer service team etc.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data collection and requirements and establish clear business understanding to provide effective analysis and process automation
• You will involve the process in investigating and defining the data visualization and analytics solution for whole company
• You will make complex data more understandable and usable by developing concise visualizations and dashboards
• You will design and execute analytic projects, generate insights to support business decisions using advanced analytical techniques.
Requirements
• Over 5 years of working experience in a data-driven role.
• Demonstrate ability to turn data into actionable insights and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
• Considerable experience in writing efficient SQL.
• Proficient in one or more of the following programming language: R, Python or Scala.
• Proficient in data visualization solution like tableau, PowerBI, Superset etc.
• Strong knowledge in data modelling especially dimensional modelling.
• Proficiency to work with Machine Learning library.
• Ability to reconcile technical and business perspectives.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and marketing.
• Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, facebook Ads etc (nice to have)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and shift gears quickly.
