• Leitung und Koordination kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse an den Standorten Nettersheim und Sint Niklaas (Belgien)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement beim internen Reklamationsprozess
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Management zur Entwicklung und Erreichung der lokalen KPI‘s
• Unterstützung der Prozesse und des Einsatzes von Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS), Eaton Quality System (EQS) und Eaton Management System of Environment, Safety, Security and Health (MESH)
• Durchführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen zu ELSS, EQS und MESH
• Analyse und Förderung interner Best Practices auf lokaler und globaler Ebene
• Ansprechpartner für das Eaton Business System mit Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der geforderten Maßnahmen
• Mitarbeit bei der Etablierung von Kostenreduktionszielen und operativen Leistungszielen (Balanced Score Card, Produktivitäts- und – Qualitätsverbesserungen)
• Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen (insbesondere Produktion, Engineering, Controlling und SCM) zur Sicherstellung einer ‚Lean-Production’
• Unterstützung des SCM Teams bei Planungs- und Beschaffungsprozessen (Artikelstammpflege)

Qualifications

• Studium oder Ausbildung im technischen Bereich mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
• Kenntnisse von Lean und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
• Kenntnisse in ISO 9000 ff., ISO 14001 Umweltmanagement, ISO 50001 Energiemanagement 
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Organisationsvermögen
• Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit zur Anleitung bereichsübergreifender Arbeitsgruppen
• Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten
• Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse einzuleiten und erfolgreich zu implementieren
• EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
• Sehr Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntisse in Wort und Schrift
