IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices.  We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. What You’ll Do This is a paid internship where you will be collaborating with our HR team across META, while having the opportunity to support in cross-Country initiatives and collaborating with the HR Partners in the region. You will: • Have exposure to HR activities across different Countries in a multinational and multicultural environment • Support in reinforcing a positive working environment and learn how to promote our corporate culture in your daily work • Have the opportunity to assist in improving various internal processes and analyze HR data • Learn to research and collect data for various HR initiatives • Gain experience on the full Talent Acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • You are a fresh graduate in HR or currently pursuing your last year • You have basic experience with MS Office Suite • You are passionate about HR • You love technology Preferred Qualifications • You are a currently pursuing your Master’s degree • You have a previous working experience in a business environment • You take ownership of your tasks end-to-end What We Will Offer You: • A 3-month paid internship, which can be extended according to performance and business requirements* • Flexible hours and scheduling according to your personal/academic requirements • On the job training • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward-thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity *No Visa Sponsorship will be provided for this position We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
