This is a Service Intern role reporting to the Service Team Leader in the Business Area - Robotics & Discrete Automation located in Shanghai, China.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting warranty issue, such as update current warranty information, handle parts delivery.
• Maintaining the customer information in service portal.
• Supporting technical team to collect information and report interpretation.
• Working on other tasks as needed.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree, automation or electronics related preferred.
• Should be familiar with office tools.
• Must have fluent English, at least in reading and writing.
• Should be honest and good team player.
