CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full lifecycle systems development, including software and hardware.

• Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.

• Requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis

• Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)

• Software and hardware modeling and simulation

• Front end graphical user interface design

• System testing and quality assurance

• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.

• Support, maintain and document system functionality

• Integrate software with existing systems

• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation

• Project Planning and Project Management

• Work with software and hardware contractors to develop solutions.

• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

• Present information and effectively communicate with divisions and cross-functionally.  Orally present findings to team and management.

• Write project plans.  Determine timeline and resources for projects.  Work with internal and external parties to aid in successful project completion. 

• Drive growth, cost reduction, yield and product quality improvements, and capacity increases.

• Maintain awareness of advances in technology and competitive intellectual property (patents).

• Write technical reports and document research.  Summarize critical results and observations. Verify reliability of data.

• Propose, design, prioritize, conduct and oversee multiple projects.

• Lead and conduct problem solving efforts and propose resolutions.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 9+ years experience with Bachelor degree or 8+ years experience with M.Sc. degree
• Software development, Electronic hardware development and related professional background
• Experience in programming and computer science
• Programming experience is essential (C#, .NET, C/C++, …)
• Experience with digital circuit, analog circuit or RF circuit
• Project management and operations experience is a big plus
• Understanding of RFID technology, sensors, PLC’s is a plus
• AutoCAD/Solidworks experience is a plus
• Knowledgeable on process documentation and improvement
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential
• Practical, serious working attitude with high commitment  
• Strong learning ability & willingness
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work both individually and in a team
