Eaton is seeking a Manager, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness for the Electrical Sector. This position can be based out of Beachwood, OH, Moon Township, PA, or another Eaton location.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the director of talent management and organizational effectiveness (TMOE) for the electrical sector, the manager, TMOE is a functional advisor supporting the electrical sector. The role is responsible for solutions and program management of TMOE activities that align, attract, develop, engage and retain talent in support of the business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall leadership and program management on assigned projects and processes within the electrical sector related to aligning, attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent.
- Partner and coordinate with CoEs and the ES regions and functions for HR process deployments.
- Provide analytics support for talent management needs such as the annual talent review (OCA), other talent reviews, pipelines, talent lists and councils as well as ongoing metrics monitoring and reporting. Not afraid to dive into the details with data to glean insights that help leaders understand trends and next steps.
- Partner with the Workforce Insights Team (WIT) and HR Services to determine best approaches for HRMS reporting and analytics, including capability building in HR.
- Align with functions and regions to support talent strategy actions and organizational effectiveness work in organizational assessment and design, change management, workforce planning, etc.
- Support talent attraction activities such as assessment and selection, early talent programs, new leader assimilations, leader onboarding and transition support, selection assessments and more.
- Develop talent through career management, coaching, developmental assessments, targeted programs, team effectiveness and other performance consulting as needed.
- Engage and retain talent through I&D and other actions that help build a more inclusive culture.
- Additional HR projects and programs as needed by the sector.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
- 8+ years of experience in HR (HR business partner, talent acquisition, etc.), learning and development, I&D or other talent management and organizational effectiveness experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Leader of people experience a plus
