Job Summary

• Responsible for the architecture design management of the project , such as formulating project schedule and budget plan; after getting the department manager’s related approval, should ensure the project is implemented as scheduled;

• Assist the chief Healthcare designer or project manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the project scheme design;Conduct junior designers’ design and drawing work to guarantee the quality of project drawings;

• Responsible for the calculation of area, sunlight, energy reservation, etc of allocating project;

• Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages;Assist client in project setup and take responsible for the communication and coordination work between the client and government executive department;

• Take charge of the subsequent design and implement the concept design to the subsequent process to ensure the project’s final result.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors;

• At least 5 years’ working experience in large projects Class-A design institute or company architecture scheme design; scheme design experience in healthcare and any of the following projects is preferred: dwelling, office, hotel, public building, etc;

• Experience of basement scheme design or general drawing design;

• Be familiar with the project setup procedures and its design requirements;

• Experienced in healthcare buildings of scheme bidding; be familiar with bidding procedures and the in-depth requirements of scheme design;

• Participated or taken charge of the whole architecture design process in a project;

• Proficient in Microsoft office and related design software, such as Revit, Tianzheng, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, In Design, etc;

• CET – 6 , Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

• High sense of responsibility and good team work spirit; strong organizing and cooperating ability;

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with awarded projects are preferred.
