This is an Operations/Supply Planner role reporting to the Planning and Fulfillment Manager in the Business Area - Motion located in Shanghai, China.
Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for ensuring raw materials, components and subassemblies are delivered to production sites to support production needs at optimal efficiency.
- Ensuring all the responsible Maximum Retail Price (MRP) action messages are reviewed and executed timely.
- Collecting project engineering change information and passing it to related internal department.
- Updating change timing according to customer forecast and production demand. Highlighting delivery risk and obsolete stock if any.
- Improving the raw materials and components inventory turn.
- Rolling monthly forecast for key components and working with engineering, production, purchasing and other departments for daily issue.

Your background
- A bachelor degree or above, major in Business Management, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in planning, purchasing or material management for manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective communication across all functions.
- Fluency in both Mandarin & English (oral and written).
- Hands on experience in Microsoft office, ERP (SAP preferred).
- Must be motivational, organizing, planning skills, goal-oriented, customer-centric mind and have systematical thinking.
