Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to agents and partners

• Support in recruiting and developing training executive(s). 
• Develop training material including the contents, activities and schedule that are suited to all levels of management.
• Ensure the training budget is spent efficiently and effectively.
• Review existing training materials from time to time to ensure adequacy.
• Ensure all sales staff meets regulatory requirements (internal & external).
• Monitor training effectiveness and give feedback to the management/team in order to improve training delivery.
• Develop training needs analysis to determine possible new or refresher training.
• Work with financial institution partners, brokers and digital channels to determine training needs of the sales staff.
• Ensure training activities are well tracked and training reports are accurately produced. Develop sales tools that are useful for the all the partnership distribution channels.
• Build good business partnership relationship with PD management, regional sales managers, bancassurance life planners, and distribution partners (financial institutions, brokers, digital channels).
