Job Description

The Chef de Partie is a leading role, by your dedication to the craft you will a role model.

厨师主管是一个领导角色,为你的烹饪艺术献身你将成为榜样。

 You will be actively involved in planning and decision making you will report to the sous                   

你将积极的参入计划和决策,并报告给副厨师长,并将确保食品和服务的质量

 Chef, you will be involved and hands on to make sure of highest quality of food and Service

  

1.   To be responsible for the day to day mise-en place, for the kitchen and as requested by Sous Chef.

负责每天的 准备工作 ,按照副厨师长的要求。

2.      To fill out the butcher list order, on Asst. Chef day off.

在助理厨师休息的时候,填写屠宰清单。

3.     Takes Asst. Chef Responsibilities on his day off.

在助理厨师休息的时候,承担起他的责任。

4.    To check storeroom items missing and report to the supervisors for ordering.

检查库房物品是否丢失并报告给管理者。

5.      To distribute the mise-en-place work and service position to the subordinates.

给下属分配工作职责和工作区域。

6.     To check all fridge items quality and quantity.

检查冰箱里所有物品的数量和质量。

7.    If any problems, straight report to the supervisors.

如有任何问题,直接报告管理者。

8.    To schedule the meals periods of the subordinates.

安排下属的就餐时间。

SERVICES 服务

1.      To be responsible for assuring the service according to the kitchen rule.

根据厨房的规定,负责确保服务质量

2.     Respect of recipe

尊重食谱。

3.     Each dish can only be top quality food product.

每道菜必须是最高质量的。

4.     To obey to the people in charge of the pass for all ordering and pick up.

遵守负责安排和采购人员的要求。

5.    To follow instructions of the supervisors.

遵守管理者的指示。

6.      Necessary corporeal hygiene is essential.

必要的环境卫生是基本的要求。

7.      Able to train subordinates.

       能够培训下属。

 

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:

  1. Good cooking skills, working experience in well known hotels or restaurants at least 2-3  years.

        精湛的厨艺,在知名的酒店或者饭店有至少23年的工作经验。.

  1. Up to the new hospitality trends, special in the food area.

       能够胜任新的服务趋势,特别是餐饮方面。

  1. Good Team leader and motivation

       做一个好的团队领导者和推动者。

  1. Hand’s on personality

          有动手能力的

  1. Hospitality attitude

        热情的态度

  1. Must have excellent interpersonal skills

        优秀的人际关系能力

  1. Ability to multitask

        胜任各种工作的能力

  1. Ability to work under pressure

         良好的抗压能力

  1. Creative and Innovative

        具有创新和改革精神

  1. Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.

  1. Able to endure long hours

        可以忍受长时间的工作

  1. English Knowledge language preferable but not compulsory
