Develop the sales and marketing strategy to ensure the successful opening of the hotel with strong business forecast maximizing revenue potential.
•Function as a Strategic business leader of the Property’s Sales and Marketing and develop Sales goals and strategies and ensure alignment with brand business strategy.
•Ensure imaginative,effective interaction with Owners regarding concepts and new projects
•Develop and maintain unique industry relationships with preferred vendors,consultants,media representatives
•Provide customer intelligence in evaluating the Market and economic trends that may lead to changes in SalesStrategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
•Determine and develop Marketing Communication activities,in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications.
