Purpose of the Job
- Lead to develop long term partnership strategy, business development projects and strategic planning process including evaluating in-coming business opportunities, leading/supporting on-going business case development and execution, and leading/supporting various company-wide projects / strategic planning process through cross functional collaboration
- Lead and facilitate local and global cross-functional team for project management
- Become a communication channel with external partners. (incl. local pharma companies)

Functional Capabilities

- Lead and support on-going BD projects
- Prepare business case through collaboration with regional/local stakeholders
- Involve local/regional/global stakeholders in a timely manner and interact them effectively to gain the support and endorsement
- Provide concrete financial analysis to support decision
- Lead local and global cross functional team to drive the projects and to deliver achievement as planned
- Manage Business Development team
- Lead Business Development team as people manager
Essential Qualification
- 4-5 years in Business development or marketing and minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Business planning and commercial finance working knowledge
- Project management
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
Desired skills or requirements
- A degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline
- Overall pharma business understanding from manufacturing to sales and marketing
- Strong networking through industry
