As a Procurement Intern you will be responsible for Collecting procurement related documents, in Motion in Shanghai, China. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will perform other tasks as per manager request.

Your responsibilities

• Collecting procurement related documents
• Pre requesting SAP data update
• Ensuring procurement related meeting minutes
• Performing other tasks as per manager request

Your background

• 3 days can work in company per week for at least 3 months
• Sound knowledge of MS office
• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in supplier chain or related majors
• Fluency in English
• Must be patient and willing to study
