As a Warehouse Officer you will be responsible for managing internal and external warehouse, to ensure that the Goods receipt, packaging, delivery, and other relevant processes are carried out properly, in Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will ensure inventory accuracy, on time receiving, picking and Shipping

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for goods arrival count, including type, quantity, identification and put away, ensuring inventory accuracy, on time receiving, picking and shipping
• Picking and packaging the goods in correspondence with delivery instruction and record proof of delivery
• Managing and Instructing forwarding companies for goods delivery
• Ensuring 5S housekeeping standards, Visual Control and First In First out (FIFO) management are always maintained
• Being responsible for driving Standard Work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer aligned with their expectation
• Ensuring warehouse facilities are well maintained on regular basis
• Safely operating all the necessary equipment in work area, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
• Being flexible and positive to adapt the job change on business need

Your background

• 3 years of working experience in the similar filed.
• Must be able to delivers without incident, the correct item, shipped on time and received in good condition
• The accuracy of physical inventory should match that listed in SAP
• College degree or above in logistics management
• Teamwork and strict compliance with company discipline
• Strong sense of responsibly, integrity and diligence, dedication
