Roles & Responsibilities as a Scrum Master

Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Trains

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning/Sprint readiness, by fostering the preparation of Backlogs 

Ensure Strategy and Execution alignment by closely working with Product Management, Product Owners and other stakeholders. 

Coach the team in Lean-Agile practices and developing a Product development mindset.

Identify impediments and risks and implement the necessary strategies to address them.

Encourage and nurture built-in quality & predictability practices

Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops.

Area of work at Siemens Healthineers

As a Scrum Master you will be working with the User interface teams for MI SPECT and PET scanner product line.

Being a part of this product line development helps in learning the various aspects of Scanner development. It also gives an exposure of working closely with the clinicians and various cross functions such as System engineering and Product Management to build a world class product.

Qualification and Experience

BE, BTech or MTech in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum experience of 6+ years in Software Design and Development with Microsoft technologies such as .Net, C#

Minimum experience of 2 years as a SCRUM Master in an agile development environment.

Ability to support the team/train and its direct stakeholders achieve their goals through coaching and influencing, problem solving and removing impediments
