HEAD BARTENDER

 

In anticipation of the grand opening of our new Beverage outlets, the Head Bartender will be center stage in showcasing the 'Best Bar In Town'!  This individual will welcome all socialites into the living room of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel with a winning spirit.

• You will be the spirit and spotlight of the beverage service offerings
• Strive to be ahead of the trend in inventing and promoting new beverage creation
• Create and train the bartending team on beverage menues and trends

Your experience and skills include:

• Extensive knowledge in spirits, wines and beers
• Front line experince 
• Experince with showcasing skills and beverage creations in high profile social settings
• Comfort with actively promoting in front of a variety of media

Your team and working environment:

Inspire and lead a team of professional bartenders in all Food and Beverage outlets within the hotel.  Mentor and train each individual to showcase the trending beverage offerings we have to offer.
