As a Motor Engineer you will be responsible for managing motor test lab, interact with internal/external customers in defining specifications, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the R&D/Technology Manager, you will support servo motor design, manufacturing, and testing.

Your responsibilities

• Managing motor test lab, including motor testing, and daily lab management
• Providing technical support to product lines, engineering changes, cost saving, etc
• Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and drawing

Your background

• 2 years of industrial experience in motor industry, working for a multinational company or technical area in a motor industry
• Sound knowledge on AutoCAD and Solid Works, Office, etc, exposure to Test & Measuring equipment, SAP will be useful
• Familiar with regulations and codes of related motor standards and servo control application
• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering
• Good command of speaking and writing in English
• Must be able to work in a team, positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible & flexible
• Systematic approach to solve problems and must be willing to learn
