Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to life plannersJob Scope
•Design and develop sales training programs for life planners and leaders
•Deliver sales training for life planners and leaders
•Support online and offline training activities
•Perform other ad hoc tasks if any
Requirement
•Bachelor Degree, with at least 3 years of sales and/or training experience
•Preferably with insurance/ financial industry experience
•Fast learner, willing to learn and with can-do attitude
•Good in English and Khmer
•More experienced candidate will be considered as Manager
