As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading customer project on time/quality delivery, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the STS Manager, you will recognize the risk in project, making mitigation plan and action.

Your responsibilities

• Leading customer project on time/quality delivery
• Leading cross-function resource in project to ensure the project following the schedule
• Recognizing the risk in project, making mitigation plan and action
• Managing cost control in project
• Handling over to other related department about the project or product in project with own technical knowledge
• Studying the project process and make improvement suggestion

Your background

• 3 years of experience in project management
• Good PC skills, Microsoft office etc.
• University graduate or above in Mechanical or electrical engineering background
• Must be action oriented, customer orientation and capability to work independently
• Must be motivational, organizing and planning skills, goal-oriented and analytical skills
• Good communication, full of enthusiasm, and like challenging
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (oral and written) and willing to work with different cultures
