• Associates gain knowledge and skills through practical, technical and managerial training.

• The program consists of two, 12-18 month rotations in different functions and divisions of Avery Dennison. Projects vary with the current business needs and utilize Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics/supply chain management, or related discipline

• GPA of 3.0 or higher. 

• Highly motivated and creative thinker

• Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization

• Works effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment

• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously

• Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects

• Works independently

• Willingness to relocate every 12-18 months into different businesses and locations.
