As a R&D Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for global and local product maintenance, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the R&D Team Manager, you will work with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for global and local product maintenance
• Being responsible for Mechanical structure design in global product development
• Arranging and coordinating mechanical test internal or external
• Preparing detail relevant technical documentation, user manual etc
• Working with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets
• Working with (Supply Chain Management) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) team to improve the quality of mechanical parts
• Cooperating with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting

Your background

• 5 years of working experience, familiar with mechanical design, motor or related industry is preferred
• Good 3D design drawing skills, UG is preferred
• Sound knowledge of computer in Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, etc
• A bachelor's degree or above
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills in English & Chinese both oral and written
• Able to work actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking
• Must have teamwork spirit
