As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for working with project management department to clarify and define order information, in Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager I, you will deal with engineering change and other accidental incidents, solving the problems in motor production and testing.

Your responsibilities

• Working with project management department to clarify and define order information
• Calculating the perparmanc data of machine, answering customer's technical enquiries.
• Doing detail electrical design to provide all kinds of required documents
• Using engineering specific design software, generating and maintaining the bill of materials, guarantee the integrity of material information required by order fulfillment process
• Dealing with engineering change and other accidental incidents, solving the problems in motor production and testing
• Supplying technical support to Sales, Purchasing, Sourcing and Service
• Communicating with R&D colleagues to get support and to search solutions for uncertain technical issues

Your background

• 3 years of working experience in Electrical design, motor and generators related industry is preferred.
• Sound knowledge in mechanical drawing, mechanical design, material.
• Knowledge in motor production manufacturing process.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office
• A Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Motor Major
• Skilled in electrical circuit, can understanding the working principle and the main part of motors.
• Good English, Mandarin and Chinese communication skills both verbal and in writing, good team player, high proactive working style, fast learning, high sense to take over responsibility, must be able to work under pressure
