JOB DUTIES: Develop financial models for new Cloud Services projects to determine revenue, cost of sales, margins, and return on investments. Prepare and implement annual and quarterly budgets, and monitor budget-to-actual performance of the organization. Perform financial and variance analysis, noting key changes and trends for Costs of Goods Sold (COGS). Coordinate internal control activities to ensure financial reporting is accurate, and track project performance against established plans. Forecast monthly and yearly cost of sales, travel and facilities expenses, selling, general, and administrative expenses. Monitor and report on costs, gather and update financial metrics and reporting, and provide guidance and structure for the reporting of financial metrics to Management and Corporate Finance. Develop tools and systems, e.g., operational reports or database analysis tools, to provide critical financial and operational information to Management and Corporate Finance, and develop new analytical reports for actionable intelligence for use by Management using Microsoft Excel and SQL. Liaise between Commercial Programs, Corporate Finance, and Product IT teams on finance and accounting issues to model and forecast consumption and profitability at decided price points and under various commercial programs using front end technologies, and with product managers and practice leaders to compile data for quarterly practice reviews. Build models for expected costs at various loads and scales, and provide floor pricing recommendations based on expected margins. Track cloud investments, product profitability, and cash flow management via cloud systems analysis, and work with Product leads to ensure cost-effective cloud adoption and maintain margins for company cloud products across the Full Software Development Lifecycle Experience of Cloud Products.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, or related field, plus 2 years’ experience working with: (i) the Full Software Development Lifecycle Experience of Cloud Products; (ii) Structured Query Language (SQL); (iii) Microsoft Excel and a Front End Technology or tool, such as JSP or QV; and (iv) cloud systems analysis. Refer to job ID 426203.
