Job Description

●     Work together with cross departments to improve employee engagement

●     Providing true thought partnership and HR solutions to the leadership team to build our Values-based culture and people capability, so as to meet and exceed business goals

●     Engaging across a comprehensive stakeholder network (both business and HR) to ensure that HR programs are business-relevant and effectively implemented.

●     Championing a culture of performance, compliance, innovation and collaboration through coaching and interventions with the leadership, teams and individuals.

●     Being actively involved in and consulted for a wide range of key business events such as annual planning processes (goal setting, budgeting, etc), management meetings etc

●     Identifying the needs and translating into HR Deliverables. Work closely with HR operations and functional teams as needed to develop and execute solutions in the areas of organization design and changes, capability development, and Employee relations, among others.

●     Overseeing the talent through the organization, and have accountability for people development/Talent management/succession planning processes and outcomes for your business groups.

●     Providing Employee Relations expertise, supporting leaders in team and individual disputes and grievance management, while mitigating problems through proactive performance management and engagement

Qualifications

●     8+ years of experience in HR generalist roles in complex and dynamic multinational environments.

●     Strong stakeholder engagement ability at a senior level and good business acumen

●     Demonstrated ability to create value, influence outcomes and facilitate change

●     Business-oriented approach to practical and effective HR solutions and services.

●     Strengths in employee relations, rewards management, people development and engagement will be highly advantageous.

●     Comprehensive, authoritative knowledge of China HR legislation and practices.

●     Strong drive, sense of urgency and ability to execute

●     Good leadership, team building, facilitation, relationship building and consultation skills.

●     Fluency in Mandarin and English
