·       Robust negotiation skills to bridge the gap between vendors and clients. – Able to perform calmly in high-stress situations. – Superb communication skills both verbally and in writing. – Experienced and competent in Microsoft Office and event scheduling software. – Knowledgeable of a wide variety of cultural and religious customs as they are expressed in wedding ceremonies and celebrations.

·       Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. location needs. Gains understanding of the location’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.




Work Experience

 ·   Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them. to grow share of the account.

·       Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management with managing and developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

·       Supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).

·       Services our customers in order to grow share of the account.

·       Sets a positive example for guest relations by interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
