Job Description

  1. Provide UPS technical support to analyze failure, include wiring, installation, configuration, start up UPS operation and so on, to solve UPS application issues.
  2. Collect application requirement information to draft reports and finish root cause report for closed UPS issues under investigation. 
  3. Provide product/application training to senior service, when required.
  4. Coordinate with others in completing the assigned tasks, such as UPS Factory Acceptance Test based on projects in Lab.

 

 

Qualifications

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering
  2. Related experience in UPS technical support, UPS development, or related role e.g. application engineer within the Power Supply Equipment, Power inverter, UPS
  3. Good communication skills and coordination skill.
  4. Oral / Written English will be a plus.
