• Perform General Ledger End to End process accounting responsibility
• Work with Plant Finance team to make sure the smooth monthly closing
• Work with AR/AP team for bank reconciliation and AR/AP reconciliation
• Improve formalized standards and procedures in using new technologies
• Take initiative to solve the accounting problems and issues
• Take steps to develop business relationships anticipating the customer’s future needs
• Understand the key fundamentals that drive the business results success of the organization and its customers and suppliers
• Take Oracle implementation & GFSS migration
• Work with auditors, both internal and external, for US reporting, and SOX compliance
• Take Oracle implementation & ISSC migration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
• More than 2 years working experience in accounting, General Ledger function experience is highly preferred
• Professional Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA) is preferred
• Experience of cost accounting or analysis is preferred
• Be familiar with PRC/US GAAP
• Oracle ERP experience is preferred
• Change Management Experienced is preferred
• Strong micro-soft platform capability
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
• Team spirit
• Be initiative and result focus
