项目简介： Engineer Trainee项目是PA卓越工程师项目的一部分，致力投资优秀的应届毕业生，协助并促进其成长为西门子的工程师人才。 项目集合了西门子公司的丰富技术资源和自动化产品培训机构的平台，指定具有多年沉厚理论功底的工程师对新人进行辅导，制定了为期18个月的跨技术和工程等多领域的培训方案，按照Engineer@DI进行相应的评估。 What are my responsibilities? 1. To do field service under the service regulation and working process 遵从服务章程和工作流程，为客户提供现场技术服务支持 2. To assist the Service Sales to solve the technical problems 支持销售同事解决技术方面的问题，提供解决方案 3. To share the technical knowledge and reference with colleagues 与团队分享技术知识和案例经验 4. To Feedback the production quality lack of Siemens products in time 及时反馈西门子产品的质量不足之处 5. Digitization R&D and execution 数字化方向的研发和执行 What do I need to qualify for this job? 1. Bachelor or above 本科及以上学历 2. With major in Mechanical Electronic, Automation, Computer or related 专业为机电一体化、自动化、电气工程及其自动化、计算机等相关专业的2021年毕业生 3. Being familiar with PLC, C/C++, Labview, Matlab, WinCC, SQL Server, Visual Studio, etc. 熟悉PLC, C/C++, Labview, Matlab, WinCC, SQL Server, Visual Studio等 4. Good English verbal and written skills 良好的英语读写能力 5. Good communication skill 良好的沟通技巧 6. Good computer skill in office tools 熟练运用办公软件 7. Systemic thinking 系统性思维 8. Enjoy technical learning 热爱钻研技术 9.
