Role & Team Description: Account KAM will be responsible for managing and maximizing the business with the accounts assigned. He/she will join the Lenovo MBG organization. More specifically, the candidate will join the Colombia Sales team, reporting to the Channel Sales Director. Scope of Responsibilities: Daily contact with key decision-makers within the carrier & retail accounts assigned to, in order to ensure successful sell-in and sell-out. The candidate will be responsible for growing Motorola’s share within the carrier accounts assigned to by working with Marketing & Trade to develop both BTL and ATL campaigns, creating channel incentive promotions, forecast, planning and negotiating with carrier decision-makers to increase sell-in and sellout. #### Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineer  and/or Business Administration or other relevant areas. Needs to be able to build a strong value proposition and effectively navigate in order to execute the plan. Demonstrated ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment. Team player Goal oriented Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge in Excel and Office tools Preferred previous job experience in sales in: Smartphone, Telco, and or Retail industries.
