Personal qualifications:
1. Native English speaker from US/UK/CAN/AUS.
2. have a good accent;
3. Energetic, student-oriented, good class management skills, and be able to work with young children.
4. High integrity, good communication skills, high team spirit;
5. Plan to stay in China at least for next 12 months, being stable and serious about the job.

Responsibilities:
1. The teacher needs to follow Enjoy International Kids English's teaching philosophies and methodologies;
2. Prepare lesson plan and other materials before the class begin.
3. Interact well with the students and maintain the class order at the same time.
4. Give feedback in time after class.
5. Have the good working attitude and teamwork ability.

Requirements:
1. We are looking for those who are interested in teaching;
2. Teaching Phonics, English Reading, Writing and Singing class to students from 3 to 12 years old;
3.Maintain class order for an average class size of 6-8 students;
3.Outstanding English speaking and writing abilities. Native speakers are preferred, and have pretty clear English pronunciation;
4.Having TEFL or TESL or other related teaching certification is preferred.
5.The teacher has lively and outgoing personality.
6. Have passion for the kids education and be patient with children.
