Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Maintain a friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests.
• Greet all arriving and departing guests with a smile and eye-contact.
• Inform all Guest Needs and Preferences to your shift leader and/or Chief Concierge to ensure
• deliver accurate and Cousu Main service.  
• When escort the guest to the room introduce and sell hotel products.
• Provide a courteous and professional service of handling luggage delivery.

 

• 保持友好，整洁的形象给客人留下愉悦的印象。
• 问候所有抵店和离店的客人并保持微笑和目光接触。   
• 知会礼宾部经理和领班客人需求和喜好确保提供精确和个性化的服务。   
• 陪同客人去房间并向客人介绍和推销酒店产品。                                                                                                                                                          
• 为客人提供专业的有礼貌的行李递送服务

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Associate degree or above
• Graduation from Hotel Management,English related professional
• Good knowledge and familiar with all concierge operation
• Good English language skill
• Good knowledge of city and surrounding area

 

• 全日制大专（含）以上学历
• 酒店管理、英语相关专业
• 熟悉前厅情况及运作
• 良好英文水平
• 了解城市周边地区各类相关信息
