Position Description: As key part of Battery and adapter Dev team, this candidate will need to lead design, perform test, draft specification for battery pack, and NPI management to well support each project. Mainly focus on, but not limit to EE design. On top of routine power development work, this candidate will need to lead or involve battery and innovation activities with internal and external team in worldwide for PC power performance breakthrough.  Support to technology roadmap are also required. \- Spec definition, Design and NPI management of battery pack \- Design cooperation with battery pack suppliers and key parts vender (Cell, MPU and safety devices) \- Project Management with PC ODM/OEM as power Dev representative \- Measure/evaluate part performance \- Maintenance of Test tool and facility \- Release development status report, draft design/engineering documents \- Problem resolve for NPI and MP issues \- Define Battery portfolio and technology roadmap \- International travel is required #### Position Requirements: \- Rich work experience on battery pack design/development for Notebook PC, Tablet, smartphone \- Deep knowledge of Notebook PC design \- Have over 6 years work experience in Battery and/or Notebook PC industry \- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills \- Excellent spoken and written English \- Ability to work independently and ensure timely and accurate communication \- Strong interest in creating products \- Strong interest in new technology & innovation \- Strong interest to work with global staff We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
