Our obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 is to take all reasonable, practicable steps to eliminate, or otherwise control, known risks. Therefore, we operate in a level 4 environment at all times. With full PPE and WHS protocols in place.

Successful candidates must also be willing to undertake mandatory COVID-19 swab every 14 days.

Being exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple tasks, your responsibilities will include:

•Supervising during mis en place and service periods.

•Assist in driving service standards to ensure highest service delivery possible.

•Hands on throughout all periods and areas of the kitchen brigade.

•Following efficient preparation methods and standards recipes to ensure wastage costs are controlled.

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Demi Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a busy environement.

•Minimum 2 year’s previous experience in a similar role, in a busy commercial kitchen environment, four or five star hotel environemt preferred.

•Diploma in cookery.

•Strong communication, organisation and guest dellivery skills.

•Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

•Candidates must have the right to work in New Zealand.
