CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make material plan based on production plan / material LT/ stock space/ unit price/quality,etc 
• Change material plan accordingly to sales order , production conditions and make sure material supply in the right time . 
• WO creation and daily WO management, WO implementation following up and problem solving
• Follow up the production progress, and monitor production situation and grasp material supply information in time.
• Adjust material plan in time if any unexpected situation 
• Attend NPI plan and arrange PD run material plan 
• Make sure delivery schedule and arrange shipment on time 
• Keep good communication with CS ，planner ,and buyer on delivery schedule change. 
• Prepare the SAP instruction document for planning module and update instruction in time
• Follow up the expired stock and abnormal stock(Quality issue etc) handling, replenish material in time .
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Familiar with Electronic product production procedure 
• Familiar with making and implementing production plan, purchasing plan and inventory plan 
• Prefer the candidate who has 5 years production planning experience in the electronics manufacture
• Good at ERP application 会
• Strong at data analysis, good knowledge of MS office products and Excel application
• Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin, English
• Strong ability of coordination, good interpersonal relation, able to work under pressure
• Careful thinking, logical, good to deal with emergency affairs
• Good understanding cross-culture
• Able to work under pressure and result oriented
