ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage the planning, coordination, transfer, and support for an ongoing portfolio of M&A deals
- Handle adverse event data from live Production system for vendors as part of the projects
- Ensure that risks, dependencies, scope and scale are fully understood by decision making bodies
- Able to assist the system with best practice for the development of data movement, data cleansing, data quality and other ETL-related activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and support delivery outcomes
- Knowledge on amending data in the system as per requirement
- Examine existing data and conduct requirements capture for database solutions & Support data gathering including data extraction
- Should aware of System limitations as it would affect other on-going daily support activities
- Collaborate with other system activities for successful delivery of program streams and individual projects
- Uphold the architectural governance principles and good implementation design for architectural deliverables
- Contribute to the effective management of risks and issues associated with Solution designs
- Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, Good Manufacturing, Practices, Clinical research, Clinical trial process and related regulatory requirements and terminology
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL), UNIX
- ETL knowledge (Informatica or any BI tool) & Reporting Knowledge (Business Objects)
- Adverse Event System expert, E2B standards and Adverse Event Reports
- Excellent verbal and written skills, good organizational, interpersonal and team skills
- ITIL process
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Work experience in a medical or pharmaceutical industry/company – Life Sciences domain knowledge
- Data Warehousing
- Requirement elicitation and Business Process Improvement skills
