Responsibilities: 岗位职责
工作职责:
Work with production to organize, schedule, and manage character art
与其他部门合作组织安排及塑造管理角色;
Work with outsourcing partners as necessary
必要时与外包合作伙伴合作;
Work with Director to maintain a consistent look and feel be able to give and receive feedback
与主管合作交流,保持一致的外观和感觉,能够给出和接受反馈;
4. Sculpt high-resolution characters from photogrammetry data;
根据照片信息制作高清晰角色模型;
5. Create clean game retopology, UVs and textures
创造干净的游戏修复,UVs和纹理;
6. Be forward thinking and have the ability to help the team refine our technical pipelines so we can continue to push
the boundaries of real-time character performance;
具有前瞻性思维,能够帮助团队完善我们的技术,从而继续推进角色性能;
Essential Skills: 任职资格:
3+ years of development in Unreal and similar tools and experience in games;
3年以上工作经验,熟悉UNITY3D/UE4引擎,最好有相关的项目经验;
Possess Intimate knowledge of color theory, PBR lighting and stylized texturing techniques;
Expert Knowledge of Substance Painter; Strong organic texturing skills (human faces, clothing, believable creatures);Strong hard-surface texturing skills (armor, weapons)
美术功底扎实,良好的绘画技巧及对结构、线条、色彩等的把控,对人体结构,比例关系有一定的理解;
强大的硬表面纹理技能(装甲、武器)
3. Good understanding and the ability to create new materials in UE4;
Ability to adapt to and innovate new styles and techniques;
良好的理解力和在UE4中创造新材料的能力;
适应和创新新风格和技术的能力
4. Skilled in using 3D Max / Maybe 3D modeling tools, skilled in using photoshop
熟练使用3dmax,以及相关的3d建模工具,熟练使用photoshop。
5. Work functional in written or oral English(Prefer)
精通英语(书写及口语)-优先考虑
6.Self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented

7. Ability to adapt to new technology and tools, solve difficult problems, and think creatively
