1.本科及以上学历，建筑、美术、建筑设计，艺术类等相关专业者优先，具备较高的建筑鉴赏力和艺术修养；

2.熟练使用3D Max、Maya，rhino，Cinema4D、AutoCAD、PhotoShop、Illutrator、Adobe Suite，Lumion，Grasshopper，Nuke，Ae，Sketch Up，vray等软件；

3.精于各种渲染表现技术及后期PS表现；以上软件熟练为佳，但非刚性需求，以表现效果为主；

4.能较深刻理解建筑，在色彩，构图，素描关系方面有较强的把握能力；

5.擅长于各种类型单体建筑、大型规划及景观类项目的表现；

6.较强的敬业精神和职业责任心，有较强的团队合作意识；

To work within a multidisciplinary design team to provide support in submissions, presentations and various design proposals.

Candidate should be familiar with all standard graphic software and capable of working with independence and initiative.

Immediate start for the right candidate, to join an experienced international design team.

• Visual / Graphic degree Diploma degree or above on or other relative major
• Bilingual ability, both Chinese and English as one of the working languages of proficient level both in writing and speaking
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, foreign and multinational practice experience is preferred;
• Produces or coordinates production on marketing/project related such as presentations, charts, graphs etc.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and AutoCAD etc.
• Ensures brand consistency and quality control in all company marketing/project materials and communication.
• Dedication with honest, proactive, responsibility, efficiency and a good teamwork spirit
