About the role

We’re looking for a full-time world-class 3D Motion Designer with 2-5 years' experience to join our international, multi-award winning, team in Shanghai.

Must haves:

• An all-rounder generalist 3D/CG Motion Designer with mad skills in Cinema 4D, (X-Particles, MoGraph, Animation, Polygon Modelling, Render, and Lookdev - Materials, Lights, and Cameras)

• Ability to quickly communicate concepts effectively in images, storyboards, and videos

• A problem-solving mind

• Openness in collaborating closely with digital, design, and strategy teams from conception to launch

• A personality that can work with diverse teams in multiple regions across Asia, and motivate them to grow together

• A trailblazer: someone that wants to break new ground to reach new heights with their skills, and is willing to educate and train clients and partners about new tech and new digital solutions

• Ability to maintain or exceed a consistent level of productivity while meeting deadlines and producing high quality work

• An ability to convince and compel in English

• Great sense of humour

Bonus points for experience with:

• Redshift (Redshift settings and optimization, and Redshift Materials and Lights)

• Autodesk Maya

• Houdini

• Unreal and/or Unity

• Realflow

• openFrameworks and/or Processing and/or TouchDesigner

• VR/AR

• 2D Animation

• Illustration

• Mandarin speaking
