The 3D Manager is responsible for the visualization of designers’ ideas and the expression of the project's usp through renderings. He/She communicates with Project Managers to grasp their ideas and, instructs and guides 3d Artists to complete renderings. The 3D Manager cooperates with the Creative Director to and manages the rendering team to create outstanding renderings that represent logon's identity and ideas.

_time schedule coordination between the Assistant to Creative Director and Project Managers
_have an excellent feeling for colors, images, materials and renderings
_know how to use the rendering software
_be able to grasp the designer's ideas and visualize them
_ensure constant high quality renderings and compliance with logon's ci
_guide 3d artists, lead the team, train them, define tasks and standards
_define quality goals and enforce them
_knowledge about chinese and international visualization trends and technologies
_work independently to complete projects
_be able to judge and take decisions
_understand building construction, technologies and materials
_be able to read and understand cad files, Sketchup and hand sketches
_handle overtime and holiday issues of the 3D team

Experience /Skills
_min. 5 years rendering experience
_advanced computer and software skills
_ability to manage a team
_knowledge about materials and construction details
_be able to communicate with both chinese and foreign architects
_highly familiar with 3DMax and Photoshop
_be able to use AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Glasshopper and Vue
_experience in automatization and scripting
_english language skills required
_experience in foreign company preferred
_experience in international projects preferred
