3DI PWF PROCESS SHIFT TECHNICIAN

1. Be interested in 3DI Process (Dry etch / CMP / Bond / Grind)

2. Able to work on 12-hour permanent day/night shift of 2 to 4 month

3. Teamwork, and co-work with each area

4. Patience and Perseverance and Harmony

5. No experience is okay
