Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and monitoring the departures of Asian materials, ensuring that maritime and / or air departures are carried out in a timely manner, avoiding delays by logistics agents. Responsible for finding and developing logistics providers that meet the needs of the company, as well as providing the departments with alternatives for shipments, mainly analyzing delivery times and costs. Provide the departments involved with the necessary documents for the proper importation of the goods.

1.- Develop and direct logistics processes and establish continuous improvement plans for freight management, supplier routes and carrier management

2.- Create, monitor and report on key weekly and monthly logistics performance indicators.

3.- Collaborate with the purchasing departments in the quotation request processes.

4.- Provide weekly updates on the status of projects and provide progress reports on other process improvement initiatives.

5.- Follow up on shipping documents (invoices, certificates of origin, phytosanitary, etc.) as well as distribute them to the departments involved.

6.- Schedule with the different logistics agents the departures of the Asian maritime and air materials, ensuring the timely departures of the materials.

7.- Monitoring of shipments made, maintaining correct monitoring and updating the status of the shipment to the departments involved.

8.- Ensure the operation of the supply chain of its areas in relation to the internal control requirements of the purchasing, customs and warehouse areas.
