As an R&D Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the electromagnetic design, analysis and simulation of asynchronous motors, permanent magnet motors, or reluctance motor, for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the MOIM R&D Manager, you will be responsible for wiring method, coil diagram design and selection of motor insulation system.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for the electromagnetic design, analysis and simulation of asynchronous motors, permanent magnet motors, or reluctance motor
• Being responsible for wiring method, coil diagram design and selection of motor insulation system
• Being responsible for revising the design parameters of the motor according to the test report
• Analyzing and solving problems in project implementation, and conducting experience exchange summary
• Completing design documents, technical documents, and project documents in time

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or related majors, and more than three years of electrical electromagnetic design and process experience
• Familiar with motor electromagnetic design and electromagnetic field theory, proficient in asynchronous motor or permanent magnet motor design
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Good team communication and cooperation skills
