As a Customer Support Specialist, You will be responsible for receiving customer orders, reviewing and checking order type, material, price block, special header remark, shipping point, drop shipment and its shipping mode for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager you will deal with customer inquiry regarding scheduling, delivery time, logistics arrangement and order change etc.

Your responsibilities

  • Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue
  • Monitoring the status of orders
  • Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification
  • Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas
  • Coordinating with order planner, preparing the delivery schedule ahead of time, and keeping customer informed
  • Managing and monitoring customer order on time delivery, monthly analyze the root cause of N-OTD and push related functions for improvement

Your background

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in foreign company
  • Familiar with factory operation process, know the normal order handling and production planning methods and KPI
  • An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
  • Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service
  • Knowledge of MS operation, ERP and SAP
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A Bachelor and above degree, engineering education background is preferred.
  • Fluency in English reading and writing
