As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for formulating and improving the production management regulations and operation procedures to ensure the implementation of rules and regulations in the production work, for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the Project Management Office Manager, you will maintain the "project production plan list" monthly according to the project plan, being responsible for the production plan decomposition of the project assembly task.

Your responsibilities

  • Formulating and improving the production management regulations and operation procedures to ensure the implementation of rules and regulations in the production work
  • Maintaining the "project production plan list" monthly according to the project plan, being responsible for the production plan decomposition of the project assembly task
  • Arranging the production according to the assembly plan and notice, coordinating the production process, master the production progress, and ensuring the delivery on time, quality and quantity
  • Being responsible for the organization of continuous improvement of product assembly process, improving production and work efficiency, so as to improve production capacity and reduce labor costs.
  • Being responsible for completing cabinet test on time, recording, feedback and solving cabinet quality problems in time according to test guidance requirements
  • Communicating and coordinating test standards and problems across departments, guiding and leading the third-party team to complete the test on time and with high quality
  • Providing on-site support for the company's service department based on project forecast, leading the third-party team to carry out on-site construction to ensure that the project site meets customer requirements
  • Supervising and managing the production site and strictly following the operation procedures. Being responsible for production safety, quality, labor discipline and health system

Your background

  • 5 years of working experience in production management and assembly testing
  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and automation
  • Self-motivate, enthusiastic about cooperation, communication and management
  • Must be proactive, teamwork and highly responsible
