DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage the operation of all the platforms (e.g., Tiktok，Youtube，Kwai，Facebook，Twitter，Instagram，Pinterest etc.) and create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms writing, and editing social media posts, improving follower’s engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
-Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- In charge of the KOL promotion on the social media platforms, communication with the KOLs about the cooperation details.
-Build and grow social followings through daily community management - actively engage and respond to followers and implement tactics to encourage social conversation
-Keep improving and adjusting the effective ads to enhance conversion rate and delivering ROI to drive purchases.
-Track & analyze the performance data and results of campaigns and initiatives, create social recap reports.
-Create the promotion plan according to the performance date and recap reports.
-Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1, Bachelor’s degree.
2, At least one year experience of managing oversea social media platform.
3, Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, and other social media to get more followers with automation.
4, Data-driven and highly analytical.
5, Strong planning capability and innovation.
